Refund policy

We accept returns only in specific cases to maintain product hygiene and safety.

Eligible Cases

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective product
  • You received an incorrect item

Return Timeframe

Return requests must be raised within 2–3 working days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your Order ID (proof of purchase)
  • Clear images of the product
  • Unboxing video with shipping label visible (mandatory for validation)

Pickup & Return Process

  • Return pickup will be scheduled within 1–2 working days after approval
  • The product must be:
  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging with all labels intact

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection.

Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 6–7 working days after approval
  • COD Orders: Refund will be processed as:
  • Store credit, or
  • Bank transfer (details required)

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Return request is raised after 3 working days of delivery
  • Product is used, damaged by customer, or missing original packaging
  • Required proof (images/unboxing video) is not provided

3. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch
  • Please contact our support team as soon as possible

After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
  • You may request a return after delivery (if eligible)

4. Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Exchange Process

Replacement will be shipped after:

  • Product pickup
  • Successful inspection and approval

  • Exchanges are not allowed for:
  • Different product variants
  • Size changes
  • Personal preference

5. Important Guidelines

  • All returns are subject to quality checks and approval
  • Claims without proper proof may be rejected
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used products
