How to Initiate a Return

- Your Order ID (proof of purchase)
- Clear images of the product
- Unboxing video with shipping label visible (mandatory for validation)

Pickup & Return Process
- Return pickup will be scheduled within 1–2 working days after approval
- The product must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging with all labels intact
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection.
Refund Timeline
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 6–7 working days after approval
- COD Orders: Refund will be processed as:
- Store credit, or
- Bank transfer (details required)
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Return request is raised after 3 working days of delivery
- Product is used, damaged by customer, or missing original packaging
- Required proof (images/unboxing video) is not provided

Before Shipment
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch
- Please contact our support team as soon as possible
After Shipment
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
- You may request a return after delivery (if eligible)
4. Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Exchange Process
Replacement will be shipped after:
- Product pickup
- Successful inspection and approval
